Welcome to Rise2.Work. By registering as a Workforce Member or a Workforce Partner, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. The Rise2.Work Platform

Rise2.Work is a workforce identity and recognition platform. We provide tools for frontline workers to build reputation cards, document skills/strengths, and connect directly with verified employers. We are not a recruitment agency or job board, and we do not charge Workforce Members to use our core platform.

2. Member Commitments

As a Workforce Member, you agree to:

• Provide honest and accurate information regarding your work history and strengths.
• Only list employer contact details for verification with explicit permission or as part of voluntary checks.
• Maintain a respectful and community-minded tone in all platform interactions.

3. Partner Commitments

As a Workforce Partner, you agree to:

• Use member data strictly for direct values-based connection and verified collaboration.
• Respect member privacy and keep all contact data confidential.
• Adhere to manual review standards and platform safety checks.

4. Disclaimers and Limitations

Rise2.Work is provided "as is". While we take reasonable steps to manually verify partner registrations and confirm member-supplied experience, we do not warrant that all profile details are fully accurate or error-free.

5. Updates and Inquiries
